Countries eligible for Bali Tourist Levy

All tourist travelers are required to pay the Bali Tourist Levy, no matter their age or nationality, and can apply online here

  • Holders of diplomatic or official visas
  • Conveyance crew
  • KITAS and KITAP holders
  • Holders of family unification visas, golden and student visas, or certain non-tourist visas

Applications for these exemptions must be submitted one month before the intended arrival in Bali.

Applicants simply need to provide basic personal and passport information, and travel details, to complete the online form.

The processing time is within 1 day, however, some applications may take longer to process, up to 2 days.

To pay the levy online, applicants must have a valid passport, email address, and a credit or debit card.

All the information provided on the application form, such as first and last names, place and date of birth, address, sex, passport number, and nationality, must be exactly as they appear on the applicant’s passport.
